BS houses the Backup Satellite Operations Center (BSOC) at PHILEXCEL Business Park Clark Freeport Zone. It is a fully functional 24/7 backup satellite operations center, independent to of the primary station, capable of managing the entire ABS fleet for an indefinite period of time. The location also houses the backup location for the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team ensuring a fully redundant means for our customers to address concerns as well as providing uninterrupted support for service activations and troubleshooting.
