- Customer helpdesk for resolution of service faults and support cases
- Fault management by direct intervention and escalation to back office support teams
- Space segment, teleports and IP network monitoring
- Coordination and scheduling for network planned and unplanned maintenance activities
- VSAT terminal registration and testing
- Works order management for new service activations, upgrades & frequency re-planning
- Transponder payload modification and service line up testing
- Monitoring, analysis and optimisation of ABS space segment capacity
- Identification, analysis and mitigation of satellite Interference
- Large earth stations registration and testing
- Specification, build and maintenance of carrier monitoring systems
