Backup Satellite Operations Center

Our Backup Satellite Operations Center (BSOC) is located at PHILEXCEL Business Park, Clark Freeport Zone. It is a 24/7 fully functional backup satellite operations center, independent of the primary station and is capable of managing the entire ABS fleet indefinitely. The BSOC also houses the backup location for the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team to ensure that you have continuous access to assistance and uninterrupted support for service activations and troubleshooting.
